宫外孕II号方合桂枝茯苓汤治疗异位妊娠临床探究

摘    要:目的:探究宫外孕Ⅱ号方合桂枝茯苓汤治疗异位妊娠的临床效果。方法整群选取2013年5月-2015年5月该院收治的异位妊娠患者96例,随机分为两组,各48例。对照组采用宫外孕Ⅰ号方加减配合米非司酮和甲氨蝶呤治疗,观察组采用宫外孕Ⅱ号方合桂枝茯苓汤加减配合米非司酮和甲氨蝶呤治疗,对比两组临床效果。结果观察组输卵管通畅率为89.58%,高于对照组的64.58%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05﹚;观察组血β-HCG恢复正常时间、腹痛消失时间、阴道流血消失时间以及盆腔包块消失时间分别为(13.81±2.41﹚d、(9.41±2.11﹚d、(9.64±1.71﹚d以及(12.01±2.23﹚d,均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05﹚。结论宫外孕Ⅱ号方合桂枝茯苓汤治疗异位妊娠效果显著,值得推广。

Clinical Observation on Exfetation II and Cassia Twig Tuckahoe Soup in Treatment of Ectopic Pregnancy
Abstract:Objective To discuss the clinical effect of exfetation II and cassia twig tuckahoe soup in treatment of ectopic pregnancy. Methods 96 cases of patients with ectopic pregnancy treated in our hospital from May 2013 to May 2015 were selected and randomly divided into two groups with 48 cases in each, the control group were treated with modified exfeta-tion Ⅰcombined with mifepristone and methotrexate, the observation group were treated with exfetation II and modified cas-sia twig tuckahoe soup combined with mifepristone and methotrexate, the clinical effect of the two groups was compared. Results The patency rate of oviducts in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(89.58% vs 64.58%), the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05﹚;the bloodβ-HCG recovery time, disappearance time of bellyache, dis-appearance time of vaginal bleeding and disappearance time of pelvic mass were respectively (13.81±2.41﹚d, (9.41±2.11﹚d, (9.64±1.71﹚d and(12.01±2.23﹚d in the observation group, which were better than those in the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05﹚. Conclusion Exfetation II and Cassia twig tuckahoe soup in treatment of ectopic preg-nancy has an obvious effect, which is worth promotion.
