磁共振动态增强扫描对乳腺良恶性病变的诊断价值探讨

目的：探讨磁共振成像动态增强扫描(DCE）在乳腺良恶性病变临床诊断中的应用价值。方法方便收集在该院2010年1月—2014年10月经过手术及病理证实的乳腺病变患者61例，全部病例均行磁共振平扫、DCE扫描。 DCE用Fischer法评分及用BI-RADS法分级后判断良恶性，以病理结果对照，统计平扫加DCE的诊断敏感性、特异性、准确率。结果61例患者中，恶性40例，良性21例，平扫加DCE的诊断敏感性87.5%，特异性85.7%，准确率86.6%。结论磁共振平扫加DCE对乳腺良恶性病变的鉴别诊断有很高的临床价值。

Study on Value of Dynamic Contrast-enhanced Magnetic Resonance Scan-ning in Diagnosis of Benign and Malignant Breast Lesions

Objective To discuss the application value of dynamic contrast-enhanced magnetic resonance scanning in clini-cal diagnosis of benign and malignant breast lesions. Methods 61 cases of patients with breast lesions confirmed by opera-tion and pathology in our hospital from January 2010 to October 2014 were collected, and all cases received magnetic reso-nance plain scanning and DCE scanning, the DCE was scored by Fischer method and the benign and malignant lesions were determined by BI- RADS method after grading, and the diagnostic sensitivity, specificity and accuracy rate of plain scan-ning and DCE were counted taking the pathologic results as standard. Results In the 61 cases, 40 cases were malignant and 21 cases were benign, and the diagnostic sensitivity, specificity and accuracy rate of plain scanning and DCE were respec-tively 87.5%, 85.7% and 86.6%. Conclusion The magnetic resonance plain scanning and DCT are of extremely high clini-cal value to the differential diagnosis of benign and malignant breast lesions.
