缓解期精神分裂症患者社会功能水平与家庭支持及应对方式的因素

目的：分析缓解期精神分裂症患者社会功能水平与家庭支持及应对方式的因素。方法方便选择该院2013年4月—2015年4月收治的54例缓解期精神分裂症患者的临床资料实行回顾性分析，并通过相应的问卷调查方式对患者的社会功能水平与家庭支持、应对方式的相关因素进行统计分析。结果全部患者的社会功能水平明显较低，其中精神残疾的比重为67.27%；家庭支持量表评分为(6.57±2.04)分；消极应对评分为(29.41±4.11)分与常模的(20.32±6.07)分比较下差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论缓解期精神分裂症患者社会功能水平与家庭支持及应对方式有着直接联系，若家庭支持程度越高，应对方式更为积极，能够提升患者的社会功能水平。

The Related Factors of Social Function Level and Family Support and Cop-ing Style of Patients with Schizophrenia in Remission Stage

Objective To analyze the correlation between the social function level of patients with remitted schizophrenia and family support and coping style. Methods The clinical data of 54 cases of patients with remitted schizophrenia admitted and treated in our hospital from April 2013 to April 2015 were retrospectively analyzed, and the correlation between the so-cial function level of patients with remitted schizophrenia and family support and coping style was counted and analyzed by the corresponding questionnaire survey. Results The social function level of all patients were lower, the proportion of mental disability was 67.27%, the family support scale score, negative coping score and normal score were respectively (6.57±2.04) marks, (29.41±4.11) marks and (20.32±6.07) marks, and the differences had statistical significance by comparison, P<0.05. Conclusion The social function level of patients with remitted schizophrenia has a direct correlation with the family support and coping style, and the higher degree of family support and more active coping style can improve the social function level of patients.
