舒适护理在ICU呼吸衰竭有创机械通气患者中的应用效果观察

目的：分析舒适护理在ICU呼吸衰竭有创机械通气患者中的应用效果。方法整群选取该院收治的86例ICU呼吸衰竭有创机械通气患者(2013年8月—2015年10月)作为观察对象，对其实施随机分组。对照组43例患者采取常规护理，实验组43例患者采取舒适护理，比较两组患者的第1秒用力呼气量、住院时间、满意度评分及并发症发生率。结果对照组患者的并发症发生率(16.28%)显著高于实验组，且两组患者的第1秒用力呼气量、住院时间及满意度评分差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.05)。结论对ICU呼吸衰竭有创机械通气患者采取舒适护理，效果显著。

Observation on Application Effect of Comfortable Nursing in Patients with ICU Respiratory Failure and Invasive Mechanical Ventilation

Objective To analyze the application effect of comfortable nursing in patients with ICU respiratory failure and invasive mechanical ventilation. Methods 86 cases of patients with ICU respiratory failure and invasive mechanical ventila-tion admitted and treated in our hospital from August 2013 to October 2015 were selected as the observation objects and randomly divided into two groups with 43 cases in each, the control group adopted the conventional nursing, the experimen-tal group adopted the comfortable nursing, and the forced expiratory volume in first second, length of stay, satisfaction score and incidence rate of complications were compared between the two groups. Results The incidence rate in the control group was 16.28%, which was obviously higher than that in the experimental group, and there were obvious differences in the forced expiratory volume in first second, length of stay and satisfaction score(P<0.05). Conclusion The effect of comfort-able nursing in patients with ICU respiratory failure and invasive mechanical ventilation is obvious.
