兰索拉唑联合莫沙必利治疗老年胃食管反流病临床分析

目的：探究兰索拉唑联合莫沙必利治疗老年胃食管反流病临床疗效。方法整群选取该院2014年6月—2015年9月期间所收治的老年胃食管反流患者78例，将其随机分为两组，对照组和观察组各39例。给予对照组兰索拉唑治疗，观察组在此基础上加服莫沙必利，比较两组患者治疗后的总有效率和不良反应率。结果观察组在使用兰索拉唑联合莫沙必利治疗后总有效率为92.31%，高于对照组的79.48%，差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05）；观察组不良反应率为7.68%，低于对照组的15.36%，差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05）。结论兰索拉唑联合莫沙必利治疗老年胃食管反流疾病，临床有效率高，不良反应率低，可以较好的改善患者身体机能，提升患者生活质量。

Clinical Observation on Lansoprazole Combined with Mosapride in Treat-ment of Elderly Gastroesophageal Reflux Disease

Objective To study the clinical curative effect of lansoprazole combined with mosapride in treatment of elderly gastroesophageal reflux disease. Methods 78 cases of elderly patients with gastroesophageal reflux disease admitted and treated in our hospital from June 2014 to September 2015 were selected and randomly divided into two groups with 39 cases in each, the control group were treated with lansoprazole, the observation group were treated with additional mosapride on this basis, and the total effective rates and adverse reaction rates of the two groups were compared. Results The total effec-tive rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, (92.31% vs 79.48%), and the difference was obvious, P<0.05, the adverse reaction rate in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, (7.68% vs 15.36%) and the difference was obvious, P<0.05. Conclusion Lansoprazole combined with mosapride in treatment of elderly gastroesophageal reflux disease has a high clinical effective rate and low adverse reaction rate, which can better improve the patient’s body function and improve the patient’s quality of life.
