探讨中医疏肝潜阳法治疗甲亢并房颤患者的临床疗效

目的：研究讨论中医疏肝潜阳法对甲亢并房颤患者的临床疗效。方法整群选取2011年9月—2015年9月来该院治疗甲亢并房颤的患者88例，将其分为观察组与对照组各44例，给予对照组患者丙基氧嘧啶联合倍他乐克进行治疗，观察组患者在对照组的基础上给予其疏肝潜阳法进行中医治疗，观察比较两组患者的临床疗效。结果治疗3个月后，观察组患者的总有效率(95.45%)显著高于对照组(75.00%)，其差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论应用疏肝潜阳法可有效治疗甲亢合并房颤，还能缓解患者房颤的发生，有效改善患者血清的TSH水平和心功能，安全性高，值得临床广泛应用。

Study on Clinical Curative Effect of Shugan Qianyang Therapy in Treat-ment of Patients with Hyperthyreosis and Atrial Fibrillation

Objective To research and discuss the clinical curative effect of shugan qianyang therapy in treatment of pa-tients with hyperthyreosis and atrial fibrillation. Methods 88 cases of patients with hyperthyreosis and atrial fibrillation treated in our hospital from September 2011 to September 2015 were selected and divided into two groups with 44 cases in each, the control group were treated with propylthiouracide and metoprolol, the observation group were treated with shugan qianyang therapy on the basis of the control group, and the clinical curative effects of the two groups were observed and compared. Results After 3-month treatment, the total effective rate in the observation group was obviously higher than that in the control group(95.45% vs 75.00%), and the difference had obvious statistical significance(P<0.05). Conclusion Shugan qianyang therapy can effectively treat hyperthyreosis and atrial fibrillation, relieve the occurrence of the atrial fibril-lation of patients, effectively improve the TSH level and heart function in serum of patients and the safety is high, which is worth wide application in clinic.
