Roy适应模式护理肺结核抑郁患者的效果探讨

目的：探讨Roy适应模式护理肺结核抑郁患者的临床效果。方法方便选取2015年2月—2016年2月该院住院50例肺结核抑郁患者，按入院先后顺序分为试验组和对照组，各25例。对照组给予常规护理，试验组在对照组的常规护理基础上采用Roy适应模式护理，采用抑郁自评量表(SDS）及ADL生活质量量表分别评估患者干预前后抑郁状况及生活质量。结果试验组干预后，SDS评分(30.47±4.56），与对照组(51.23±4.87）及干预前(58.56±5.62)比较均差异有统计学意义(P<0.05）；两组患者ADL评分在干预前差异无统计学意义(P>0.05）。对照组干预前后的ADL评分无变化(P>0.05），试验组干预后ADL评分明显降低，与对照组及干预前比较均差异有统计学意义(P<0.05）。而对照组治疗前后无明显变化(P>0.05）。结论 Roy适应模式能显著的改善肺结核患者的抑郁状况，并提高患者的生活质量。

Effect Observation on Roy Adaptation Model in the Nursing of Depression Patients with Tuberculosis

Objective To study the clinical effect of Roy adaptation model in the nursing of depression patients with tuber-culosis. Methods 50 cases of depression patients with tuberculosis hospitalized in our hospital from February 2015 to February 2016 were selected and divided into two groups with 25 cases in each according to the admission orders, the con-trol group were treated with conventional nursing, the test group were treated with Roy adaptation model nursing on the ba-sis of the control group, and the depression condition and quality of life of patients before and after intervention were re-spectively evaluated by the self-rating depression scale and ADL quality of life questionnaire. Results There was an obvi-ous difference in the SDS score in the test group after intervention compared with that before intervention and that in the control group, [(30.47 ±4.56) vs (58.56 ±5.62)], [(30.47 ±4.56) vs (51.23 ±4.87)], P<0.05, and there was no difference in the ADL score between the two groups before intervention, P>0.05, there was no change in the ADL score in the control group before and after intervention, P>0.05, the ADL score in the test group after intervention obviously decreased, and there was an obvious difference compared with that in the control group and that before intervention, P<0.05, but there was no obvious change in the control group before and after treatment, P>0.05. Conclusion Roy adaptation model can obviously improve the depression of patients with tuberculosis and improve the quality of life of patients.
