中药塌渍治疗盆腔炎性疾病后遗症慢性盆腔痛（湿热瘀结）的临床研究

目的：探讨中药塌渍治盆腔炎性疾病后遗症慢性盆腔痛(湿热瘀结）的有效性。方法方便选取并回顾性分析2015年3月—2016年2月该院妇科门诊就诊或者疗区治疗的患者，按照随机分组的原则，将其分为治疗组(中药塌渍组）36例和对照组(中药坤复康胶囊口服组）36例，根据中医证候评判疗效，观察治疗疗效。结果两组患者量表评分治疗后均比治疗前有所下降，组内治疗前后对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05）。同时治疗组评分下降更为明显，治疗组的总有效率为88.99%，对照组的有效率为72.22%，两者差异有统计学意义。结论中药塌渍在治疗盆腔炎性疾病后遗症慢性盆腔痛(湿热瘀结）疗效确定、操作简便、成本低廉、无不良反应、易于被患者接受，是一种值得推荐的方法。

Clinical Research on Traditional Chinese Medicine Collapse Stains in Treat-ment of Chronic Peluic Pain (Damp-heat and Blood Stasis) of Sequelae of Pelvic Inflammatory Disease

Objective To discuss the effectiveness of traditional Chinese medicine collapse stains in treatment of chronic peluic pain (damp-heat and blood stasis) of sequelae of pelvic inflammatory disease. Methods 72 cases of patients treated in the gynecological clinics or treatment area of our hospital from March 2015 to February 2016 were retrospectively ana-lyzed, and randomly divided into the treatment group (traditional Chinese medicine collapse stains group) and the control group (oral administration of kufukang capsule) with 36 cases in each, the treatment curative effects were observed and de-termined according to the traditional Chinese medicine syndrome. Results The scale scores of both groups decreased after treatment compared with those before treatment, and there were obvious differences between groups (P<0.05), at the same time, the scores in the treatment group decreased more obviously, and the difference in the total effective rate between the treatment group and the control group was obvious (88.99% vs 72.22%). Conclusion The curative effect of traditional Chi-nese medicine collapse stains in treatment of chronic peluic pain (damp-heat and blood stasis) of sequelae of pelvic inflam-matory disease is definite with easy operation, low cost and without adverse reactions, and it is easily accepted by patients, which is worth recommendation.
