归脾汤加减治疗功能性子宫出血的疗效及复发情况探讨

目的 探讨归脾汤加减治疗功能性子宫出血的疗效及复发情况. 方法 整群选择2014年1月—2015年2月来该院治疗功能性子宫出血的患者92例,随机分成治疗组和对照组两组,每组46例,对照组患者采用米非司酮治疗,治疗组患者采用归脾汤加减治疗, 观察两组患者的治疗效果及复发情况. 结果 治疗组患者的治疗总有效率为93.48%,明显高于对照组患者69.57%的治疗总有效率,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组患者的复发率为6.52%,明显低于对照组患者32.61%的复发率,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 归脾汤加减治疗功能性子宫出血的效果明显,能有效的提高治疗总有效率,并且复发率较低,值得临床推广.

Observation on the Curative Effect and Recurrence Rate of Gui-Pi Decoc-tion in the Treatment of Dysfunctional Uterine Bleeding

Objective To observe the curative effect and recurrence rate of Gui-Pi decoction in the treatment of dysfunc-tional uterine bleeding. Methods 92 cases with dysfunctional uterine bleeding treated in our hospital from January 2014 to February 2015 were selected and randomly divided into treatment group and control group with 46 cases in each, the con-trol group received mifepristone therapy, the treatment group received Gui-Pi decoction therapy, the treatment effect and the recurrence rate of the two groups were observed. Results The total effective rate of the treatment group was 93.48%, which was obviously higher than that (69.57%) of the control group, and the difference was significant (P<0.05);the recur-rence rate of the treatment group was 6.52%, which was obviously lower than that (32.61%) of the control group, and the difference was significant (P<0.05). Conclusion The effect of Gui-Pi decoction in the treatment of dysfunctional uterine bleeding is significant, which can effectively improve the total effective of treatment and the recurrence rate is lower , and it is worth promoting.
