胎儿头颈部血管瘤产前超声表现及临床结局的研究

目的：探讨胎儿头颈部血管瘤产前超声声像表现以及胎儿的临床结局。方法整群选取该院2012年3月—2014年8月收治的疑似头颈部血管瘤胎儿60例,将所有胎儿的超声声像特征进行分析,并追踪观察其临床结局。结果60例疑似头颈部血管瘤胎儿中,均确诊为头颈部血管瘤,其中有6例进行引产,54例正常分娩,54例正常分娩患儿中,妊娠后期消肿10例、出生后消肿18例、采取核素放射治疗18例、手术治疗8例,无心力衰竭及死亡现象发生。结论在临床中对于头颈部血管瘤胎儿需采用超声声像对其进行严密监测,定期对胎儿进行超声监测防止患儿出现不良状况。

Research on Prenatal Ultrasonic Findings and Clinical Outcome of Head and Neck Hemangioma of Fetuses

Objective To discuss the prenatal ultrasonic findings and clinical outcome of head and neck hemangioma of fe-tuses. Methods 60 cases of fetuses suspected with head and neck hemangioma admitted and treated in our hospital from March 2012 to August 2014 were selected, and the ultrasonic imaging characteristics of all fetuses were analyzed, and the clinical outcomes were traced and observed. Results All of the 60 cases of fetuses suspected with head and neck heman-gioma were diagnosed with head and neck hemangioma, including 6 cases with induced labour and 54 cases with normal la-bor; in the 54 cases with normal labour, apocatastasis in later pregnancy occurred to 10 cases, apocatastasis after birth oc-curred to 18 cases, 18 cases were treated with nuclide radiation, 8 cases were treated with operation, and heart failure and death did not occur. Conclusion In clinic, we should adopt the ultrasonic imaging to closely monitor the fetuses with head and neck hemangioma and regularly give the ultrasonic monitoring to fetuses in order to prevent the occurrence of adverse conditions of children.
