探讨中西医结合治疗前列腺炎的效果

目的：探讨和研究中西医结合疗法治疗前列腺炎的临床效果。方法从该院2013年2月—2015年10月间收治的前列腺炎患者中随机选取100例，根据自愿原则将其分别编入研究组和对照组中，各50例。对照组仅采用西医抗感染治疗，研究组在其基础上加用中药汤剂进行治疗，并观察治疗前、治疗14 d后两组患者的白细胞含量变化，比较两组的疗效优良率及不良反应情况。结果治疗14 d后，两组患者的平均白细胞含量均有所下降，但研究组的平均白细胞含量要明显地高于对照组，其对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)；研究组(98.0%)的疗效优良率要显著地高于对照组(76.0%)，研究组(4.0%)恶心呕吐、腹痛、腹泻等不良反应的发生率明显要低于对照组(20.0%)，组间对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中西医结合疗法治疗前列腺炎的疗效突出，能够通过调节西药用量来减少药物副作用，其疗效和安全性均值得肯定。

Study on Effect of Integrative Chinese and Western Medicine in Treatment of Prostatitis

Objective To discuss and research the clinical effect of integrative Chinese and western medicine in treatment of prostatitis. Methods 100 cases of patients with prostatitis admitted and treated in our hospital from February 2013 to Oc-tober 2015 were divided into two groups with 50 cases in each according to the voluntary principle, the control group were treated with western medicine anti-infection, the research group were treated with traditional Chinese medicine decoction on this basis, and the content change of white blood cell of the two groups before treatment and on 14d after treatment was ob-served, and the excellent and good rate of curative effect and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results After 14d of treatment, the average while blood cell content of the two groups were decreased, but the average while blood cell content in the research group was obviously higher than that in the control group, and there were obvious differ-ences by comparison with statistical significance(P<0.05), the excellent and good rate of curative effect in the research group was obviously lower than that in the control group, (98.0%vs 76.0%), and the incidence rates of adverse reactions including nausea and vomiting, stomachache and diarrhea in the research group were obviously lower than those in the control group, (4.0% vs 20.0%), and there were obvious differences between groups by comparison with statistical significance(P<0.05). Conclusion The curative effect of integrative Chinese and western medicine in treatment of prostatitis is prominent, and it can reduce the side effect of drugs by adjusting western medicine dosage, and its curative effect and safety are worth affir-mation.
