微创小切口钢板内固定治疗跟骨骨折的疗效分析

摘    要:目的:研究分析微创小切口钢板内固定治疗跟骨骨折的临床效果。方法随机抽取在2013年3月—2015年3月间该院收治的80例跟骨骨折患者作为研究对象,全部病例均采用微创小切口钢板内固定术治疗。术后随访观察记录患者恢复情况,进行回顾性对比分析。结果患者的切口评级为甲级。手术后3个月,患者的Bohler角、Gissane角与跟骨宽度情况与AOFAS评分分别为(33.09±4.71)、(119.61±2.09)、(32.13±1.91)、(73.88±18.03),和手术前相比有明显改善。跟骨骨折彻底愈合,未出现并发炎症以及骨折移位、内固定失败等情况,临床效果显著。结论对于跟骨骨折患者,使用微创小切口钢板内固定术,可以起到满意治疗效果,患者跟骨宽度全面护恢复,杜绝了其对于内部神经血管受损,并发症较少,值得用于临床借鉴。

Analysis of Curative Effect of Minimally Invasive Small Incision Internal Fixation with Steel Plate in Treatment of Intra-articular Calcaneal Frac-tures
Abstract:Objective To research and analyze the clinical effect of minimally invasive small incision internal fixation with steel plate in treatment of intra-articular calcaneal fractures. Methods 80 cases of patients with intra-articular calcaneal fractures admitted and treated in our hospital from March 2013 to March 2015 were extracted as the research objects and were treated with minimally invasive small incision internal fixation with steel plate, and the recovery of patients was fol-lowed up and observed after operation, and retrospectively compared and analyzed. Results The incision rating of patients was class A, after 3-month operation, the Bohler angle, Gissane angle, intra-articular calcaneal width and AOFAS score were respectively (33.09 ±4.71), (119.61 ±2.09), (32.13 ±1.91) and (73.88 ±18.03), which were obviously improved compared with those before operation, and the intra-articular calcaneal fractures were completely cured, and there was no complica-tion, displacement fracture and internal fixation failure, and the clinical effect was obvious. Conclusion For patients with intra-articular calcaneal fractures, the treatment effect of minimally invasive small incision internal fixation with steel plate is satisfactory, and the intra-articular calcaneal width of patients was comprehensively recovered, which avoids the internal neurovascular injury with fewer complications, which is worth clinical reference.
