早期胃癌的规范化内镜诊断及治疗

目的：探究早期胃癌的规范化内镜诊断及相关术式治疗效果。方法根据选用术式不同将整群该院2014年1月—2015年10月收治的66例早期GC患者分为观察组(36例)和对照组(30例)，前者行超声内镜检查及内镜黏膜下剥离术治疗，后者行常规开腹手术治疗，比较两组临床治疗效果。结果观察组患者平均手术时间、下床活动时间和住院时间均短于对照组，术中出血量少于对照组，术后并发症发生率(5.6%)低于对照组(16.7%)，比较差异有统计学业意义(P<0.05)；与病理检查结果对照，超声内镜检查准确率为91.7%(33/36)。结论超声内镜检查可提高早期GC诊断正确率，行内镜黏膜下剥离术治疗效果明确，推荐临床应用。

Standardized Endoscope Diagnosis and Treatment of Early Gastric Cancer

Objective To study the standardized endoscope diagnosis of early gastric cancer and treatment effect of relevant operation methods. Methods 66 cases of early GC patients admitted and treated in our hospital from January 2014 to Octo-ber 2015 were divided into two groups according to the different operative methods, the observation group (36 cases) re-ceived endoscopic ultrasonography and endoscopic submucosal dissection, the control group (30 cases) were treated with conventional laparotomy, and the clinical treatment effects were compared between the two groups. Results The average op-erative time, time of leaving bed and length of stay in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group, and the intraoperative blood loss in the observation group was less than that in the control group, the incidence rate of post-operative complications in the observation group was fewer than that in the control group, (5.6%vs 16.7%), and the differ-ences were obvious by comparison, P<0.05, and the accuracy rate of endoscopic ultrasonography was 91.7% (33/36) com-pared with the pathological result. Conclusion Endoscopic ultrasonography can improve the diagnostic accuracy rate of early GC, and the treatment effect of endoscopic submucosal dissection is definite, which is recommended to be applied in clinic.
