120例尿毒症维持性血液透析患者并发症的临床分析

目的：分析并总结在尿毒症维持性血液透析患者的治疗中出现的并发症。方法整群选取2013年7月-2014年8月该院收治的120例尿毒症维持性血液透析患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析，总结并发症的发生情况。结果血液透析患者一共进行了11762次血液透析，共有8897次出现并发症，并发症的发生机率为75.64%，血液透析没有出现并发症的有2865次，占24.36%。并发症主要有高血压、低血压、心律失常、痛性肌肉痉挛、头痛等。结论尿毒症维持性血液透析患者在治疗时往往会出现多种并发症，应该采取措施预防并发症的发生。

Clinical Analysis of Complications of 120 Cases of Uremic Patients with Maintenance Hemodialysis

Objective To analyze and summarize the complications during the treatment for uremic patients with mainte-nance hemodialysis. Methods The clinical data of 120 cases of uremic patients with maintenance hemodialysis from July 2013 to August 2014 were retrospectively analyzed and the occurrence of complications was summarized. Results The hemodialysis patients received 11762 times of hemodialyses in total , the complication occurred in 8897 times, the occur-rence probability of complications was75.64%, the complication did not occur in 2865 times, accounting for 24.36%, the complications mainly were hypertension, hypopiesia, arrhythmia, painful muscle spasm and headache. Conclusion Many complications occur in the uremic patients with maintenance hemodialysis during treatment, and measures should be taken to prevent the occurrence of complications.
