口外粘接在种植修复中的临床应用

目的：探究口外粘接技术在种植修复中的临床效果。方法整群选取该医院2012年10月—2015年9月种植科利用口外粘接157例180颗种植牙，进行随访观察研究，时长3个月、6个月、1年，观察患牙修复情况。结果经随访，180颗患牙修复成功172颗，成功率高达95.6%。经过对成功修复的患牙进行观察发现，并无粘接剂残留情况发生。结论口外粘接在种植修复中不仅完全杜绝了粘接剂残留所造成的牙龈问题，而且修复成功率高，具有临床研究价值。

Clinical Application of Para-oral Adhesion in Implant Restoration

Objective To study the clinical effect of para-oral adhesion technique in implant restoration. Methods 180 im-plant teeth from 157 cases with para-oral adhesion in the department of implantation of our hospital from 2012 to 2015 were followed up, observed and researched for 3 months, 6 months and 1 year, and the restoration of teeth was observed. Results After follow-up, 172 teeth were successfully repaired of 180 teeth, and the success rate was as high as 95.6%, and we discovered that the adhensive remnant did not occur by observing the successful restoration teeth. Conclusion Para-oral adhesion in implant restoration can not only totally eliminate gum problems caused by adhensive remnant, but also it has a high restoration success rate, which is of clinical research value.
