盐酸氨基葡萄糖结合双氯芬酸治疗膝关节骨关节炎的临床疗效分析

目的：探讨膝关节骨关节炎应用盐酸氨基葡萄糖结合双氯芬酸治疗的效果。方法整群选取该院2013年7月-2014年7月收治的94例膝关节骨关节炎患者，将其随机分为对照组(47例﹚和观察组(47例﹚，分别采用常规治疗和盐酸氨基葡萄糖结合双氯芬酸治疗，观察和比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果观察组患者治疗的总有效率为95.74%(45/47﹚，对照组为78.72%(37/47﹚，观察组的治疗效果明显优于对照组(P<0.05﹚。两组患者均未出现明显不良反应及并发症。结论膝关节骨关节炎应用盐酸氨基葡萄糖结合双氯芬酸治疗，效果显著，能消除肿胀和炎症，促进受损的软骨组织恢复。

Clinical Curative Effect Analysis of Glucosamine Hydrochloride Combined with Diclofenac in Treatment of Osteoarthritis of the Knee

Objective To observe the effect of the application of glucosamine hydrochloride combined with diclofenac in treatment of osteoarthritis of the knee. Methods 94 cases of patients with osteoarthritis of the knee treated in our hospital from July 2013 to July 20144 were selected and randomly divided into two groups with 47 cases in each, the control group were treated with convention method, the observation group were treated with glucosamine hydrochloride combined with di-clofenac treatment, the treatment effect of the two groups was observed and compared. Results The total treatment effective rate was 95.74%(45/47﹚in the observation group and 78.72%(37/47﹚in the control group, the treatment effect in the obser-vation group was obviously better than that in the control group,(P<0.05﹚, both groups had no obvious adverse reaction and complication. Conclusion The application of glucosamine hydrochloride combined with diclofenac in treatment of os-teoarthritis of the knee has an obvious effect, which can eliminate swelling and inflammation and promote the recovery of damaged cartilage tissue.
