卡马西平、丙戊酸钠治疗三叉神经痛疗效比较

目的：对比探究卡马西平、丙戊酸钠治疗三叉神经痛的疗效。方法方便选取该院2014年7月—2015年7月收治的90例三叉神经痛患者,随机均分成实验组与对照组。前者应用丙戊酸钠,后者应用卡马西平,对比两组患者临床治疗效果。结果实验组总有效率91.1%,明显高于对照组80.0%,P<0.05。实验组治疗后的疼痛积分为(0.2±0.05)分,对照组为(1.3±0.76)分。实验组明显低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论三叉神经痛应用丙戊酸钠,效果更明显。

Comparison of Curative Effect of Carbamazepine and Sodium Valproate in Treatment of Prosopalgia

Objective To compare and research the curative effect of carbamazepine and sodium valproate in treatment of prosopalgia. Methods 90 cases of patients with prosopalgia admitted and treated in our hospital from July 2014 to July 2015 were randomly divided into two groups, the experimental group were treated with sodium valproate, the control group were treated with carbamazepine, and the clinical treatment effects were compared between the two groups. Results The total ef-fective rate in the experimental group was obviously higher than that in the control group, (91.1% vs 80.0%), P<0.05, the pain score after treatment in the experimental group was obviously lower than that in the control group, (0.2±0.05) marks vs (1.3±0.76) marks], and the difference had statistical significance, P<0.05. Conclusion The effect of sodium valproate in the application of prosopalgia is more obvious.
