肘关节恐怖三联征合并尺骨鹰嘴骨折的手术方法和治疗效果

目的：探讨肘关节恐怖三联征合并尺骨鹰嘴骨折的手术方法和治疗效果。方法方便选取该院2011年4月—2014年7月肘关节恐怖三联征合并尺骨鹰嘴骨折患者60例，随机分为两组，每组30例，分别采取保守治疗(对照组)和手术治疗(观察组)。结果观察组患者治疗后的优良率为83.33%，明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论手术治疗肘关节恐怖三联征合并尺骨鹰嘴骨折效果显著，可提高治疗效果。

Operative Method and Treatment Effect of Terrible Triad of the Elbow Combined with Olecranal Fracture

Objective To study the operative method and treatment effect of terrible triad of the elbow combined with ole-cranal fracture. Methods 60 cases of patients with terrible triad of the elbow combined with olecranal fracture treated in our hospital from April 2011 to July 2014 were selected and randomly divided into two groups with 30 cases in each, the con-trol group adopted conservative treatment, and the observation group adopted operative treatment. Results The excellent and good rate after treatment in the observation group was 83.33%, which was obviously higher than that in the control group, P<0.05. Conclusion The effect of operation treatment for terrible triad of the elbow combined with olecranal fracture is ob-vious, which can improve the treatment effect.
