股骨近端防旋髓内钉与锁定钢板治疗股骨近端骨折的临床疗效比较

目的：探究并比较股骨近端防旋髓内钉(PFNA)与锁定钢板在股骨近端骨折治疗中的应用价值。方法通过随机抽选的方式选取该院2013年1月—2014年1月期间在该院治疗的74例股骨近端骨折患者临床资料作为研究对象，并回顾性分析，将其中以PFNA治疗的37例分为观察组，将其余以锁定钢板治疗的37例分为对照组，最后对两组取得的髋关节功能评分及总有效率进行比较。结果从治疗后髋关节功能评分情况来看，观察组评分为(83.12±5.78)分，显著优于对照组(P<0.05)；从治疗后的总有效率来看，观察组总有效率为94.59%，显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论通过PFNA对股骨近端骨折患者进行治疗，可取得较为直观的治疗效果，且患者髋关节功能恢复情况较优，值得推广。

Clinical Curative Effect of Proximal Femoral Nail Anti-rotation and Lock-ing Plate in Treatment of Proximal Femur Fracture

Objective To study and compare the application value of proximal femoral nail anti-rotation and locking plate in treatment of proximal femur fracture. Methods The clinical data of 74 cases of patients with proximal femur fracture treated in our hospital from January 2013 to January 2014 were randomly selected and retrospectively analyzed, and the pa-tients were divided into two groups with 37 cases in each, the observation group were treated with PFNA, the control group were treated with locking plate, and the scoring of hip-joint function and total effective rate were compared between the two groups. Results The scoring of hip-joint function after treatment in the observation group was (83.12 ±5.78) marks, which was obviously better than that in the control group (P<0.05); the total effective rate after treatment in the observation group was 94.59%, which was obviously higher than that in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion PFNA in treatment of patients with proximal femur fracture can obtain a more intuitive treatment effect, and the recovery of the hip-joint function of pa-tients is better, which is worth promotion.
