心理干预联合药物治疗在功能性胃肠病患者中的临床应用及安全性研究

目的：分析功能性胃肠病患者联合采用药物治疗以及心理干预措施的临床效果及安全性。方法方便选取2014年2月—2016年2月该院收治的78例功能性胃肠病患者按照不同的治疗方式随机分为对照组(单独采用药物治疗)和干预组(在对照组基础上配合心理干预措施)，采用抑郁自评量表(SDS)、焦虑自评量表(SAS)评价两组患者治疗前后抑郁、焦虑等情况，比较两组治疗效果。结果干预组患者治疗总有效率(89.7%)相对于对照组(74.4%)显著升高(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗前SAS评分、SDS评分并没有很大区别(P>0.05)，治疗后两项评分均有所减少(P<0.05)。结论功能性胃肠病患者联合采用药物治疗以及心理干预的临床效果良好，值得推广应用。

Research on Clinical Application and Safety of Mental Intervention Com-bined with Drug Therapy in Patients with Functional Gastrointestinal Disorder

Objective To analyze the clinical effect and safety of mental intervention measures combined with drug therapy in patients with functional gastrointestinal disorder. Methods 78 cases of patients with functional gastrointestinal disorder treated in our hospital from February 2014 to February 2016 were randomly divided into two groups according to the differ-ent treatment methods, the control group were treated with single drug therapy, the interventional group were treated with mental intervention measures on the basis of the control group, and the depression and anxiety of the two groups before and after treatment were evaluated according to the self-rating depressive scale and self-rating anxiety scale, and the treatment effects were compared between the two groups. Results The treatment total effective rate in the interventional group obvi-ously increased compared with that in the control group, (89.7% vs 74.4%), P<0.05, and the differences in the SAS score and SDS score before treatment between the two groups were not big, P>0.05, and the two scores decreased after treatment, P<0.05. Conclusion The clinical effect of mental intervention combined with drug therapy in treatment of patients with functional gastrointestinal disorder is good, which is worth promotion and application.
