抚触护理联合心理干预在结直肠癌手术患者中的应用效果

目的：研究抚触护理联合心理干预在结直肠癌手术患者中的应用效果。方法整群选取2010年5月-2014年6月来该院进行直肠癌手术的患者76例,运用随机数字表法将例患者随机分成两组,研究组和对照组,其中研究组患者38例,对照组患者38例,对照组采用常规的护理模式进行护理,研究组在进行常规护理的同时给予患者抚触护理联合心理干预的护理方法进行护理,比较两组患者的各项指标,并比较分析。结果对两组患者手术前后各项生理指标,如心率,收缩压,舒张压等进行比较,发现研究组和对照组并无明显差异,对两组患者手术后VAS(视觉模拟评分法﹚痛疼的评分作出比较,发现术后6 h以及术后12 h内,研究组患者的疼痛评分明显低于对照组患者,对两组患者护理前后SAS(焦虑的自评量表﹚,SDS(抑郁的自评量表﹚评分作出比较,发现护理前两组患者评分无明显差距,护理后,研究组SAS,SDS评分明显低于对照组评分。结论抚触护理联合心理干预在结直肠癌手术患者中有着明显的应用效果,其能有效地改善患者心情,降低患者压力,有效地降低患者疼痛感,临床上值得推广。

Application Effect of Touching Nursing Combined with Psychological Inter-vention on Patients with Colorectal Cancer Operation

Objective To study the application effect of touching nursing combined with psychological intervention on pa-tients with colorectal cancer operation. Methods 76 cases with rectal cancer surgery admitted in our hospital from May 2010 to June 2014 were selected and divided into two groups, the study group and the control group using a random number table method with 38 cases in each. The control group received the conventional nursing, the study group received the con-ventional nursing, touching nursing combined with psychological intervention. All the indexes were compared and analyzed between the two groups. Results The result of comparison showed that there were no statistically significant differences in such physiological indexes as heart rate, systolic blood pressure, diastolic blood pressure and so on between the two groups before and after surgery. The visual analogue scale (VAS) was much lower in the study group than that in the control group within 6h and 12h after surgery. Before nursing, there were no statistically significant differences in the scores of self-rating anxiety scale (SAS) and self-rating depression scale (SDS) between the two groups. After nursing, the scores of SAS and SDS were much lower in the study group than in the control group. Conclusion Touching nursing combined with psychologi-cal intervention in patients with colorectal cancer surgery has obvious application effect, which can effectively improve the mood, decrease the pressure and reduce the pain, therefore it is worthy of clinical popularization.
