雷贝拉唑联合克拉霉素、阿莫西林治疗胃溃疡的疗效对比

目的：对比分析雷贝拉唑联合卡拉霉素、阿莫西林治疗胃溃疡的临床疗效。方法整群选取该院2013年4月-2014年11月期间接受治疗的134例胃溃疡患者作为临床研究分析对象，将所选患者按治疗方式分为对照组和研究组，每组67例，对照组采用奥美拉唑和克拉霉素、阿莫西林进行治疗，研究组采用雷贝拉唑和克拉霉素、阿莫西林进行治疗，比较两组患者临床治疗疗效。结果比较两组患者临床治疗总疗效，研究组(92.54%﹚明显优于对照组(74.63%﹚，且差异有统计学意义(P<0.05﹚。结论雷贝拉唑联合克拉霉素、阿莫西林治疗胃溃疡具有较好的临床疗效，临床中，可将此治疗方式作为首选治疗方案。

Comparison of Curative Effect of Rabeprazole Combined with Clar-ithromycin and Amoxicillin and Omeprazole Combined with Clarithromycin and Amoxicillin in Treatment of Gastric Ulcer

Objective To compare and analyze the clinical curative effect of rabeprazole combined with clarithromycin and amoxicillin and omeprazole combined with clarithromycin and amoxicillin in treatment of gastric ulcer. Methods 134 cases of patients with gastric ulcer treated in our hospital from April 2013 to November 2014 were selected as the clinical re-search and analysis object and divided into two groups with 67 cases in each according to the treatment ways, the control group were treated with omeprazole combined with clarithromycin and amoxicillin, the research group were treated with rabeprazole combined with clarithromycin and amoxicillin, the clinical treatment curative effect of the two groups was com-pared. Results The total clinical treatment curative effect in the research group was obviously better than that in the control group (92.54% vs 74.63%), the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05﹚. Conclusion Rabeprazole combined with clarithromycin and amoxicillin has a better clinical curative effect, which can be used as the preferred treatment plan in clinic.
