急诊绿色通道诊治急性上消化道出血的疗效探讨

目的：探讨急诊绿色通道对于抢救急性上消化道出血的疗效。方法整群选取2011年1月—2015年6月该院急诊科绿色通道抢救的162例急性上消化道出血患者为观察组,另外选取同期该院消化科就诊的上消化道出血患者179例为对照组,对比两组的救治效果。结果观察组患者的止血时间(3.8±2.7)h、住院时间(9.1±4.9)d、输血量(310.0±50.0)mL,均优于对照组(P﹤0.05)。结论急诊绿色通道能使患者在最短时间内得到最好的治疗效果,值得临床推广应用。

Observation on Curative Effect of Emergency Green Channel in Diagnosis and Treatment of Acute Upper Gastrointestinal Bleeding

Objective To observe the curative effect of emergency green channel in rescue of acute upper gastrointestinal bleeding. Methods 162 cases of patients with acute upper gastrointestinal bleeding receiving emergency green channel in the department of emergency of our hospital from January 2011 to June 2015 were selected as the observation group, 179 cases of patients with upper gastrointestinal bleeding treated in the department of gastroenterology of our hospital at the same period were selected as the control group, and the treatment effects were compared between the two groups. Results The hemostatic time, length of stay and transfused blood in the observation group were respectively (3.8±2.7) h, (9.1±4.9) d and (310.0±50.0) mL, which were better than those in the control group, P<0.05. Conclusion Emergency green channel can make the patients obtain the best treatment effect in the shortest time, which is worth clinical application.
