化痰熄风方结合西药对帕金森病患者神经功能及肢体运动能力的影响

目的：探究化痰熄风方结合西药对帕金森病患者神经功能及肢体运动能力的影响。方法整群选取2013年3月—2015年3月该院神经内科收治的86例帕金森病患者为研究对象，抽签随机法均分为观察组和对照组，对照组给予西药治疗，观察组在对照组基础上另联合化痰熄风方治疗，观察治疗后两组临床疗效比较，并观察治疗前、后两组神经功能简易智能量表(MMSE)、蒙特利尔认知评估量表(MoCA)评分]比较情况及治疗前、后两组肢体运动能力统一帕金森评定量表(UPDRSIII)总评分]比较。结果治疗后观察组临床疗效86.05%较对照组67.44%显著高(P<0.05)；治疗后两组MMSE、MoCA评分均较治疗前显著升高(P<0.05)，且治疗后观察组MMSE(25.58±5.01)分、MoCA评分(27.68±1.11)分分别均较对照组升高显著(P<0.05)；治疗后两组UPDRSIII总评分分别均较治疗前显著减小，且观察组UPDRSIII总评分(40.12±1.01)分、(37.95±0.89)分、(35.89±0.79)分较对照组减小显著，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论化痰熄风方结合西药对帕金森病患者临床疗效显著，可显著提高患者神经功能及肢体运动能力。

Effect of Huatan Xifeng Fang and Western Medicine on Neurological Func-tion and Power of Movement in Patients with Parkinson's Disease

Objective To observe the effect of huatan xifeng fang and western medicine on neurological function and power of movement in patients with Parkinsonˊs disease. Methods 86 cases of patients with Parkinsonˊs disease admitted and treated in the department of neurology of our hospital from March 2013 to March 2015 were selected and randomly divided into two groups, the control group were treated with western medicine, the observation group were treated with huatan xifeng fang on basis of the control group, and the clinical curative effects of the two groups after treatment were compared, and the comparisons of the neurological function (mini mental state examination, MMSE and montreal cognitive assessment score MoCA) of the two groups before and after treatment and the power of movement (unified Parkinson rating scale total score UPDRSIII) of the two groups before and after treatment were compared. Results The clinical curative effect in the observa-tion group was obviously lower than that in the control group after treatment, (86.05% vs 67.44%), P<0.05, the MMSE and MMSE scores of the two groups after treatment were obviously increased compared with those before treatment, P<.0.05, and the MMSE and MoCA scores were respectively (25.58±5.01) marks and (27.68±1.11) marks in the observation group after treatment, which were obviously increased compared with those in the control group, P<0.05, the UPDRSIII total scores of the two groups after treatment were obviously deceased compared with those before treatment, and the UPDRSIII total score were respectively (40.12±1.01) marks, (37.95±0.89) marks and (35.89±0.79) marks in the observation group, and the de-ceases of them in the observation group were more obvious than those in the control group, and all differences had statistical significance, P<0.05. Conclusion The clinical curative effect of huatan xifeng fang and western medicine in treatment of patients with Parkinsonˊs disease is obvious, which can obviously improve the neurological function and power of movement of patients.
