多索茶碱辅助治疗咳嗽变异型哮喘的临床研究

目的：研究多索茶碱辅助治疗咳嗽变异型哮喘的临床效果。方法方便选取该院2014年10月—2015年9月收治的80例咳嗽变异型哮喘(CVA)患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法将其分成两组,每组40例。观察组在常规治疗基础上加用多索茶碱辅助治疗,对照组单纯给予常规治疗,比较两组患者的临床疗效及不良反应。结果观察组治疗总有效率为90.00%,明显高于对照组(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论多索茶碱辅助治疗咳嗽变异型哮喘疗效显著,值得推广应用。

Clinical Research on Doxofylline Adjuvant Treatment for Cough Variant Asthma

Objective To research the clinical effect of doxofylline adjuvant treatment for cough variant asthma. Methods 80 cases of patients with cough variant asthma admitted and treated in our hospital from October 2014 to September 2015 were selected as the research objects and randomly divided into two groups with 40 cases in each, the observation group were given the doxofylline adjuvant treatment on the basis of the conventional treatment, the control group were given sim-ple conventional treatment and the clinical curative effects and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results The total treatment effective rate in the observation group was 90.00%, which was obviously higher than that in the control group, (P<0.05), and the difference in the incidence rate of adverse reactions between the two groups had no statisti-cal significance, P>0.05. Conclusion The curative effect of doxofylline adjuvant treatment for cough variant asthma is obvi-ous, which is worth promotion and application.
