微创接骨板术和常规方法治疗四肢骨折疗效对比研究

目的：分析微创接骨板术治疗四肢骨折患者的临床疗效，并与常规方法治疗的效果进行对比。方法整群选取2012年1月—2013年9月期间在该院接受治疗的94例四肢骨折患者，并将其随机分为微创组和常规组，每组47例，微创组的患者实行微创接骨板术治疗，常规组患者实行常规方法治，观察手术平均出血量、手术时间、住院时间等手术指标及两组治疗的临床疗效。结果微创组患者手术平均出血量、手术时间、住院时间这些指标均优于常规组，差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)，微创组治疗后的优良率为93.6%，常规组治疗后的优良率为78.7%，微创组明显优于常规组，差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)；微创组患者并发症发生率为2.1%，常规组患者并发症发生率为17%，微创组明显低于常规组，差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用微创接骨板术治疗四肢骨折效果显著，创伤小，恢复快，并发症少，值得在临床上推广使用。

Research on Comparison of Curative Effect of Minimally Invasive Plate Op-eration and Conventional Method in Treatment of Extremity Fractures

Objective To analyze the clinical curative effect of minimally invasive plate operation in treatment of patients with extremity fractures and compare its effect with that of the conventional treatment method. Methods 94 cases of patients with extremity fractures treated in our hospital from January 2012 to September 2013 were selected and randomly divided into two groups with 47 cases in each, the minimally invasive group were treated with minimally invasive plate operation, the conventional group were treated with conventional method, and the operative indexes such as average intraoperative blood loss, operative time and length of time and clinical treatment curative effects of the two groups were observed. Results The average intraoperative blood loss, operative time and length of time in the minimally invasive group were better than those in the conventional group, and the differences had statistical significance (P<0.05), the excellent and good rate after treatment in the minimally invasive group was better than that in the conventional group, (93.6% vs 78.7%), and the differ-ence had statistical significance (P<0.05), the incidence rate of the complications in the minimally invasive group was obvi-ously lower than that in the conventional group, (2.1% vs 17%), and the difference had statistical significance (P<0.05). Conclusion The effect of minimally invasive plate operation in treatment of extremity fractures is obvious with small trauma, rapid recovery and few complications, which is worth clinical promotion and application.
