延续护理对喉癌患者术后生存质量及心理状态的影响

目的：探究对喉癌术后患者实施延续性护理的临床效果。方法方便选取2011年8月—2014年9月间在该院进行喉癌手术的患者74例,按随机投掷法进行分组,对照组37例行一般护理,研究组37例在一般护理中增加延续性护理,对比两组间生活质量、满意程度及心理状态。结果护理后研究组焦虑及抑郁程度相比对照组有所改善,P<0.05。护理后研究组生存质量相比对照组有所提高,P<0.05。护理后研究组总满意率86.49%相比于对照组59.46%有所提高,P<0.05。结论对喉癌术后患者实施延续性护理能够有效提高生活质量及心理健康程度,使患者的满意程度及护理质量得到明显的好转。

Effect of Continuing Nursing on Postoperative Survival Quality and Mental State of Patients with Laryngeal Carcinoma

Objective To study the clinical effect of the implementation of continuing nursing for patients after laryngeal carcinoma operation. Methods 74 cases of patients receiving laryngeal carcinoma operation in our hospital from August 2011 to September 2014 were selected and randomly divided into two groups with 37 cases in each, the control group adopted general nursing, the research group added continuing nursing on the basis of the general nursing, and the quality of life, satisfactory degree and mental state were compared between the two groups. Results The anxiety and depression de-grees in the research group after nursing were improved compared with those in the control group, P<0.05, after nursing, the quality of life in the research group was improved compared with that in the control group, P<0.05, the total satisfactory rate in the research group was improved compared with that in the control group, (86.49% vs 59.46%), P<0.05. Conclusion The implementation of continuing nursing for patients after laryngeal carcinoma operation can effectively improve the quality of life and mental health degree, which can obviously improve the satisfactory degree and nursing quality of patients.
