两种不同治疗方式在治疗剖宫产产后出血的临床效果对比

目的：对两种不同治疗方式子宫背带式缝合术与宫腔填纱治疗剖宫产产后出血的临床疗效进行研究比较。方法随机选取2014年1月—2015年12月于该院接受治疗的剖宫产产后出血患者80例作为受试者，随机分成两组，对照组36例采用宫腔填纱治疗，观察组44例采用子宫背带式缝合术治疗，对两组患者术中的相关情况以及术后不良反应情况进行比较。结果观察组产妇的手术时间为(45.2±9.4）min，比对照组(73.4±10.1）min短，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05）；观察组产妇的术中出血量为(445.1±120.9）mL，比对照组(859.8±159.3）mL少，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05）。术后随访2周，观察组产妇发生不良比例为9.0%，而对照组为38.9%，可见，观察组安全性明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论子宫背带式缝合术相比宫腔填纱术对于治疗剖宫产产后出血的临床效果更好，手术过程中安全，出血量少，并且术后安全，不良反应少。

Comparison of Clinical Effect of Two Different Treatment Methods in Treatment of Postpartum Hemorrhage after Cesarean Section

Objective To research and compare the clinical curative effect of two different treatment methods including the uterine brace suture and intrauterine packing with gauze in treatment of postpartum hemorrhage after cesarean section. Methods 80 cases of patients with postpartum hemorrhage after cesarean section treated in our hospital from January 2014 to December 2015 were selected as the subjects and divided into two groups, the control group (36 cases) were treated with intrauterine packing with gauze, the observation group (44 cases) were treated with uterine brace suture, and the intraopera-tive relevant conditions and postoperative adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results The operation time in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group, and the difference had statistical significance, (45.2±9.4) min vs(73.4±10.1) min](P<0.05), the intraoperative blood loss in the observation group was less than that in the control group, and the difference had statistical significance, (445.1±120.9) mL vs (859.8±159.3) mL](P<0.05), the inci-dence rate of adverse reactions was 9.0% in the observation group and 38.9% in the control group after 2-week follow-up, which showed that the safety of the observation group was obviously higher than that in the control group(P<0.05). Conclu-sion The clinical effect of uterine brace suture in treatment of postpartum hemorrhage after cesarean section is better than that of intrauterine packing with gauze treatment, and it is safe in the operative process and after operation with less blood loss and fewer adverse reactions.
