肿瘤患者PICC相关感染因素分析及护理对策

目的：探析肿瘤患者经外周置入中心静脉导管(PICC)的相关感染因素及护理对策。方法整群选取该院2013年1月—2015年12月期间收治的128例肿瘤患者为观察对象，根据护理模式不同分成2组，即参照组(n=64)、研究组(n=64)。对照组患者施行常规护理，研究组患者施行针对性护理，观察比较2组患者的护理效果，并对患者发生感染的原因进行总结。结果研究组患者的感染发生率是4.7%，与参照组患者的15.6%相比，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。经统计分析可知，患者性别、静脉选择、导管置入长度与PICC相关感染无显著相关性(P>0.05)，输液种类、导管留置时间、护理模式与PICC相关感染具有显著相关性(P<0.05)。结论在肿瘤患者PICC置管中，为了有效减少PICC相关感染的发生，一定要对输液种类、导管留置时间、护理模式予以合理改进，进而显著加快患者康复。

Analysis of PICC Relevant Infectious Factor in Tumor Patients and Nursing Strategy

Objective To discuss and analyze the PICC relevant infectious factor in tumor patients and nursing strategy. Methods 128 cases of tumor patients admitted and treated in our hospital from January 2013 to December 2015 were se-lected as the observation objects and divided into two groups with 64 cases in each according to different nursing models, the control group adopted conventional nursing, the research group adopted targeted nursing, and the nursing effects of the two groups were observed, and the infection causes of patients were summarized. Results The difference in the incidence rate of infection between the research group and the control group had statistical significance, (4.7% vs 15.6%), P<0.05, the statistics analyzed that the gender, choice of veins and catheter placement length had no obvious correlation with the PICC relevant infection, P>0.05, and the infusion types, catheter placement time and nursing model had an obvious correlation with PICC relevant infection, P<0.05. Conclusion In order to effectively reduce the occurrence of PICC relevant infection in the PICC catheter placement of tumor patients, we must rationally improve the infusion type, catheter placement and nursing model thus obviously accelerating rehabilitation of patients.
