宫腔镜子宫内膜息肉切除术治疗子宫内膜息肉的效果分析

摘    要:目的:探讨宫腔镜子宫内膜息肉切除术子宫内膜息肉的效果。方法对随机选取该院2012年1月-2014年1月收治的60例子宫内膜息肉患者采用宫腔镜子宫内膜息肉切除术进行治疗,比较两组患者治疗后月经周期的正常率及月经量的变化。结果所有患者手术均顺利完成,手术中无子宫穿孔、TURP综合征、周围脏器损伤、宫腔粘连、空气栓塞、大出血等并发症发生,术后无感染、腹痛等不适。手术后6个月经量评分和月经期均显著少于手术前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05﹚。该组所有患者至随访结束时,均未复发。结论宫腔镜子宫内膜息肉切除术是治疗子宫内膜息肉的有效方式,可有效地缓解子宫内膜息肉所产生的症状,可以明显改善月经紊乱、降低子宫内膜息肉复发,疗效满意,值得临床推广应用。

Effect Analysis of Hysteroscopic Resection of Endometrial Polyps in Treat-ment of Endometrial Polyps
Abstract:Objective To discuss the effect of hysteroscopic resection of endometrial polyps in treatment of endometrial polyps. Methods 60 cases of patients with endometrial polyps treated in our hospital from January 2012 to January 2014 were treated with hysteroscopic resection of endometrial polyps, the normal rate of menstrual cycle and changes in menstrual volume of the two groups after treatment were compared. Results All patients had a successful operation, there was no com-plication such as perforation of uterus, TURP syndrome, peripheral viscera injury, intrauterine adhesious, aeroembolism and hemorrhoea during operation, there was no discomfort such as infection and abdominal pain after operation, the menstrual volume score and menstrual phase at 6 months after operation were obviously fewer than those before operation, the differ-ences were statistically significant (P<0.05﹚, all patients in the group didn’t recrudesce at the end of follow-up. Conclu-sion Hysteroscopic resection of endometrial polyps is an effective way to treat endometrial polyps, and can effectively re-lieve the symptoms caused by endometrial polyps, obviously improve menstrual disorder, reduce the recrudescence of en-dometrial polyps and has a satisfactory curative effect, which is worthy of promotion and application in clinic.
