微刺激方案在卵巢储备功能减退患者不同年龄组中的临床结局分析

摘    要:目的:探讨微刺激方案在不同年龄的卵巢储备功能减退(DOR)患者中的临床应用及临床结局。方法整群选取回顾性分析自2012年1月—2015年9月在该院生殖中心行微刺激方案的卵巢储备功能减退患者,共679例,按照年龄分为3组,A组,421个周期,年龄≤35岁,B组,153个周期,35岁<年龄<40岁,C组,105个周期≥40岁,分别比较她们的获卵数、可移植胚胎数,周期取消率,新鲜周期临床妊娠率及自然流产率。结果3组在获卵数、可移植胚胎数、周期取消率方面差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),而在临床妊娠率、自然流产率有显著差异,A组的临床妊娠率及自然流产率分别为31.43%和20.45%,B组为10%和33.33%,C组为18.18%和62.5%(P<0.05)。结论微刺激方案适用于卵巢储备功能减退的患者,特别是年轻患者,仍有较高的临床妊娠率。

Clinical Outcome Analysis of Mini-stimulation Protocol Programs in Pa-tients with Decreasing Ovarian Reserve of Different Age Groups
Abstract:Objective To study the clinical application and clinical outcome of mini-stimulation protocol programs in pa-tients with decreasing ovarian reserve of different age groups. Methods 697 cycles from patients with decreasing ovarian re-serve receiving mini-stimulation protocol programs in the reproductive center of our hospital from January 2012 to Septem-ber 2015 were retrospectively analyzed, and the patients were divided the group A whose age≤35 with 421 cycles, the group B whose age was between 35 and 40 with 153 cycles and the group C whose age≥40 with 105 cycles, and the re-trieved oocyte number, number of transferable embryos, cycle cancellation rate, clinical pregnancy rate of fresh cycle and spontaneous abortion rate of them were compared. Results There was no obvious difference in the retrieved oocyte number, number of transferable embryos and cycle cancellation rate between the three groups (P>0.05), but there was an obvious dif-ference in the clinical pregnancy rate and spontaneous abortion rate between the three groups,31.43% and 20.45% vs 10%and 33.33% vs 18.18% and 62.5%(P<0.05). Conclusion Mini-stimulation protocol program applies to the patients with de-creasing ovarian reserve, especially the young patients, and it is still has a higher clinical pregnancy rate.
