X线用于小儿支气管异物检查的应用价值探讨

目的：分析探讨X线用于小儿支气管异物检查中的应用价值。方法方便选择该院收治的经病理诊断确诊的小儿支气管异物患者80例作为该研究的对象，收治时间在2013年2月—2014年4月，所有患者均进行胸部X线检查，并将X线检查结果和纤支镜结果进行对照。结果胸部X线检查确诊79例，确诊率为98.75%，此诊断结果与纤支镜诊断结果比较，漏诊仅1例。结论 X线用于小儿支气管异物检查中具有显著的临床应用价值，其确诊率较高、漏诊率和误诊率较低。

Study on Application Value of X-ray in the Foreign Body in Bronchus in Children Examination

Objective To analyze and discuss the application value of X-ray in the foreign body in bronchus in children examination. Methods 80 cases of children with foreign body in bronchus confirmed by pathology diagnosis in our hospital from February 2013 to April 2014 were selected as the research objects, all patients were examined by chest X-ray, and the X-ray examination results and bronchofiberscope results were compared. Results 79 cases were confirmed by chest X-ray examination, and the confirmation rate was 98.75%, and the comparison of chest X-ray examination results and bron-chofiberscope diagnosis results showed that missed diagnosis only occurred to 1 case. Conclusion The clinical application value of X-ray in the foreign body in bronchus in children examination is obvious, and the confirmation rate is higher and the missed diagnosis rate and misdiagnosis rate are lower.
