柴芍四君汤配合捏脊疗法治疗小儿疳积的临床分析

目的：分析柴芍四君汤配合捏脊疗法治疗小儿疳积的临床疗效。方法整群抽取该院2013年6月-2015年2月期间收治的疳积患儿116例,按照数字随机表法将患儿分为两组各58例,对照组患儿口服柴芍四君汤,治疗组患儿在口服柴芍四君汤的同时,予以捏脊疗法治疗,对比两组患儿治疗效果。结果治疗组临床疗效总有效率为96.6%,对照组总有效率为77.6%,治疗组治疗后血清锌(68.21±3.54﹚μmoL/L、尿淀粉酶(40.25±8.15﹚U/L,对照组治疗后血清锌(58.9±5.31﹚μmoL/L、尿淀粉酶(28.96±10.34﹚U/L,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05﹚。结论对小儿疳积采取柴芍四君汤配合捏脊疗法治疗,可提高患儿的治疗效果,安全性高。

Clinical Analysis of Chaishao SIjun Decoction Combined with Knead Ridge Therapy in Treatment of Malnutrition in Children

Objective To analyze the clinical curative effect of chaishao sIjun decoction combined with knead ridge therapy in treatment of malnutrition in children. Methods 116 cases of children with malnutrition treated in our hospital from June 2013 to February 2015 were randomly divided into two groups with 58 cases in each, the control group were treated with o-ral administration of chaishao sIjun decoction, the treatment group were treated with knead ridge therapy on the basis of the control group, the treatment effect of the two groups was compared. Results The total effective rate of the clinical curative effect was 96.6% in the treatment group and 77.6% in the control group, after treatment, the serum zinc and urine amylase were respectively (68.21±3.54﹚μmoL/L and (40.25±8.15﹚U/L in the treatment group and (58.9±5.31﹚μmoL/L and(28.96± 10.34﹚U/L in the control group, the differences were statistically significant P<0.05. Conclusion Chaishao sIjun decoction combined with knead ridge therapy in treatment of malnutrition in children can improve the children’s treatment effect and the security is high.
