术后早期炎性肠梗阻的临床特点及治疗

目的：探讨术后早期炎症性肠梗阻的临床特点及其诊疗方法。方法整群选取回顾性分析该院2011年1月—2016年1月收治的103例术后早期炎性肠梗阻的患者临床资料。结果96例采用保守治疗,7例经保守治疗无效或因病情恶化改行手术治疗,该组103例早期炎性肠梗阻的患者均痊愈出院。结论腹部手术后的早期炎性肠梗阻具有典型的肠梗阻临床表现,保守治疗为其首选治疗方法,预后良好。

Clinical Features and Treatment for Early Postoperative Inflammatory Ileus

Objective To study the clinical features and diagnosis and treatment method of early postoperative inflammatory ileus. Methods The clinical data of 103 cases of patients with early postoperative inflammatory ileus admitted and treated in our hospital from January 2011 to January 2016 were retrospectively analyzed. Results 96 cases adopted conservative treatment, 7 cases were converted to operative treatment due to the ineffective conservative treatment or the deterioration of diseases, and all of the 103 cases of patients with early postoperative inflammatory ileus were cured and discharged. Con-clusion Early postoperative inflammatory ileus after abdominal operation has typical clinical manifestations of intestinal ob-struction, and the conservative treatment is the preferred treatment method, and the prognosis is good.
