观察大型多功能呼吸机无创正压通气治疗急性肺损伤的临床疗效

摘    要:目的:研究探讨大型多功能呼吸机无创正压通气治疗急性肺损伤的疗效。方法整群选择该院2014年8月—2015年8月期间收治的82例急性肺损伤患者,将其按照治疗方法2组,对照组和观察组,均为41例,对照组患者给予气管插管接呼吸机同步间歇指令通气+呼气末正压通气治疗,观察组给予大型多功能呼吸机无创正压通气治疗,对比两组患者呼吸频率、PaO2/FiO2、呼吸机支持时间等医学检测指标。结果观察组呼吸频率、PaO2/FiO2分别为(18.4±2.4)次/分、(82.4±3.2)mmHg,对照组分别为(10.2±2.9)次/分、(39.5±2.9)mmHg;各项医学指标改善情况均优于对照组患者(P<0.05)。结论给予急性肺损伤患者应用大型多功能呼吸机无创正压通气临床疗效确切,可有效避免气管插管,通气效果较好。

Observation on Clinical Curative Effect of Large Multi-function Ventilator Noninvasive Positive Pressure Ventilation in Treatment of Acute Lung Injury
Abstract:Objective To research and discuss the curative effect of large multi-function ventilator noninvasive positive pressure ventilation in treatment of acute lung injury. Methods 82 cases of patients with acute lung injury admitted and treated in our hospital from August 2014 to August 2015 were selected and divided into two groups with 41 cases in each according to the treatment method, the control group were given endotracheal intubation by breathing machine synchronous maudatory ventilation and positive end-expiratory pressure, the observation group were treated with large multi-function ventilator noninvasive positive pressure ventilation, and the medical detection indexes including the respiratory rate, PaO2/FiO2 and respirator support time of the two groups were compared. Results The respiratory rate and PaO2/FiO2 were respec-tively (18.4±2.4) times/min and (82.4±3.2) mmHg in the observation group and (10.2±2.9) times/min and (39.5±2.9) mmHg in the control group, and the improvement of various medical indexes in the observation group was better than that in the control group, P<0.05. Conclusion The clinical curative effect of large multi-function ventilator noninvasive positive pres-sure ventilation for patients with acute lung injury is definite, which can effectively avoid the endotracheal intubation and the ventilation effect is better.
