重复经颅磁刺激对酒依赖合并焦虑抑郁患者的影响

目的：探讨重复经颅磁刺激对酒依赖合并焦虑抑郁患者的影响。方法方便选取该院在2013年3月—2015年3月收治的90例酒依赖合并焦虑抑郁患者作为实验研究对象，随机将其分为观察组与对照组，每组45例，对照组患者采用常规治疗与护理，观察组患者在常规治疗基础上进行重复经颅磁刺激治疗，在入组及治疗后2周、4周及8周时，对两组患者进行抑郁量表(HAMD)、汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)评定。观察两组患者治疗过程中的不良反应。结果观察组患者治疗后第2周、4周及8周的HAMA评分依次是(19.7±6.3)分、(13.9±5.2)分、(7.2±5.3)分，与治疗前及对照组同期相比，明显低于两者(P<0.05)；结论重复经颅磁刺激对酒依赖合并焦虑抑郁患者的抑郁焦虑情绪有明显的改善作用，安全性较高，是一种较好的治疗方法，值得使用与推广。

Effect of Repetitive Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation on Patients with Al-cohol Dependence Combined with Anxiety-depression

Objective To study the effect of repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation on patients with alcohol dependence combined with anxiety-depression. Methods 90 cases of patients with alcohol dependence combined with anxiety-depres-sion admitted and treated in our hospital from March 2013 to March 2015 were selected as the research objects and ran-domly divided into two groups with 45 cases in each, the control group adopted conventional treatment and nursing, the ob-servation group were treated with repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation on the basis of the conventional treatment, both groups were evaluated by depression scale and Hamilton anxiety scale after admission and at 2-week, 4-week and 8-week of treatment, and the adverse reactions during treatment of the two groups were observed. Results The HAMA scores in the observation group at 2-week, 4-week and 8-week of treatment were (19.7±6.3) marks, (13.9±5.2) marks and (7.2± 5.3) marks in turn, which were obviously lower than those before treatment and those in the control group(P<0.05). Conclu-sion Repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation plays a role in obviously improving anxiety-depression emotion of patients with alcohol dependence combined with anxiety-depression with high safety, and it is a better treatment method, which is worth application and promotion.
