西沙必利联合埃索美拉唑、奥美拉唑治疗反流性食管炎的临床比较

目的：探讨西沙必利联合埃索美拉唑、奥美拉唑治疗反流性食管炎的疗效和安全性。方法随机选取该院2013年3月-2014年5月间收治的反流性食管炎80例患者，作为研究对象，随机分为两组，对照组40例采用西沙必利联合奥美拉挫进行治疗，研究组40例采用埃索美拉唑联合西沙必利治疗，对两组的疗效及安全性进行比较。结果研究组患者治疗总有效率为95%，明显高于对照组75%的治疗总有效率，研究组的不良反应发生率显著低于对照组，数据比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05﹚。结论埃索美拉唑联合西沙必利治疗反流性食管炎较西沙必利联合奥美拉挫疗效更显著，更加具有针对性、安全性、可控性，安全性高，值得推广及应用。

Clinical Comparison of Cisapride Combined with Esomeprazole and Cis-apride Combined with Omeprazole in Treatment of Reflux Esophagitis

Objective To discuss the curative effect and security of cisapride combined with esomeprazole and cisapride combined with omeprazole in treatment of reflux esophagitis. Methods 80 cases of patients with reflux esophagitis treated in our hospital from March 2013 to May 2014 were selected as the research object and randomly divided into two groups with 40 cases in each, the control group were treated with cisapride combined with omeprazole, the research group were treated with cisapride combined with esomeprazole, the curative effect and security of the two groups were compared. Results The total treatment effective rate in the research group was obviously higher than that in the control group (95% vs 75%﹚, the incidence of adverse reaction in the research group was obviously lower than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant by comparison P<0.05. Conclusion The curative effect of cisapride combined with esomeprazole in treatment of reflux esophagitis is more obvious compared with that of cisapride combined with omeprazole, and it is more targeted, safe and controllable, which is worthy of promotion and application.
