92例精神分裂症患者伴发慢性躯体疾病诊疗经验探讨

目的：探讨对精神分裂症合并慢性躯体疾病患者,观察临床研究有效方法加以疾病诊断以及治疗后获得的临床效果。方法整群选取该院2013年12月—2015年12月精神科收治的精神分裂症合并慢性躯体疾病患者92例作为该次实验的研究对象。对所有患者的疾病分布以及精神障碍分类情况进行观察。结果对于精神分裂症患者,其合并出现慢性躯体疾病的种类较多,并且涉及到多专科以及多系统,20例患者合并出现了高血压的情况,所占比例达到21.74%；结论对于精神分裂症合并慢性躯体疾病患者,首先针对精神分裂症需要进行有效处理,与此同时针对患者合并出现的躯体疾病需要研究有效方法明确诊断并及时治疗,防止对患者的临床治疗产生影响。

Experience Research on Diagnosis and Treatment of 92 Cases with Schizophrenia Combined with Chronic Somatic Disease

Objective To observe the clinical effective method for disease diagnosis and clinical effect after treatment by studying the patients with schizophrenia combined with chronic somatic disease. Methods 92 cases of patients with schizophrenia combined with chronic somatic disease admitted and treated in the department of psychiatry of our hospital from December 2013 to December 2015 were selected as the research objects, and the disease distributions and mental dis-order classifications of all patients were observed. Results For patients with schizophrenia, there were many kinds of consol-idated chronic somatic diseases, and they involved multi-specialty and multi-system, and there were 20 cases with consoli-dated hypertension, accounting for 21.74%. Conclusion For patients with schizophrenia combined with chronic somatic dis-ease, the schizophrenia needs to be effectively dealt with in the first place, meanwhile, the consolidated somatic diseases need to be definitely diagnosed and treated in time by researching effective methods in order to prevent them imposing ef-fects on clinical treatment of patients.
