| 摘 要： | 目的探讨复方甘草酸苷胶囊联合卤米松乳膏治疗慢性湿疹的临床疗效。方法将150例慢性湿疹患者随机分为治疗组50例,采用复方甘草酸苷联合卤米松乳膏治疗;对照Ⅰ组52例,单用复方甘草酸苷治疗;对照Ⅱ组48例单用卤米松乳膏治疗,观察其疗效。结果治疗组总有效率与对照Ⅰ组和对照Ⅱ组比较均有统计学意义(χ2=8.82和9.16,P<0.05),而且无不良反应发生。结论复方甘草酸苷联合卤米松乳膏治疗慢性湿疹疗效高,安全性好。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the therapeutic effects of compound glycyrrhizin combined with halometasone ointment in treatment of chronic eczema.Methods 150 patients of chronic eczema were divided into 3 groups randomly.50 patients of treatment group were treated with compound glycyrrhizin combined with halometasone ointment.52 patients of control group Ⅰ were treated with oral compound glycyrrhizin capsules,48 patients of control group Ⅱ were treated with halometasone ointment.Result The total effective rate of treatment group and control group were significantly different（χ2=8.82,9.16,P〈0.05）.We found that compound glycyrrhizin combined with halometasone ointment is an alternative,safe means for chronic eczema.Conclusion Compound Glycyrrhizin combined with Halometasone ointment is a safe and effective alternate means to treat chronic eczema. |
