不同临床检验方法在细菌性阴道病诊断中的比较分析

目的对临床上常用的四种不同的检验方法在细菌性阴道疾病诊断中的应用进行比较分析,为今后临床对细菌性阴道病进行诊断提供可靠的依据和方法。方法随机抽取在2006年1月至2010年1月这四年时间里,在娄底市骨伤医院就诊的疑似患有细菌性阴道病的患者病例184例,其中46例采用pH测定法进行诊断(定义为A组),46例采用胺试验的方法进行诊断(定义为B组),46例采用BV快速检测法进行诊断(定义为C组),46例采用线索细胞检查法进行诊断(定义为D组)。对四组患者的检测结果进行比较。结果研究结果显示,在四种检测方法中,检出率最高的是线索细胞检查法,其与BV快速检测法的检出率没有显著统计学差异(P>0.05),其与其他两种方法的检出率进行比较,有显著的统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论 BV快速检测法具有迅速、方便、准确的特点,可与线索细胞检查法进行补充检测,pH测定法和胺试验法可以结合使用,已达到使测出率提高的目的 。

Different Clinical Inspection Methods in Bacterial Disease Diagnosis of the Comparative Analysis of the Vagina

Objective Clinical commonly used four different inspection methods bacterial disease diagnosis in the vagina in application of comparative analysis,for the next to bacterial vaginal disease clinical diagnosis to provide reliable basis and method.Methods Randomly selected 184 cases of patients in Loudi orthopedics hospital for treatment from Jan 2006 to Jan 2010.A doctor of the suspected patients with bacterial vaginal disease cases 184 cases,of which 46 cases by the pH determination method for the diagnosis（defined as A group）,46 cases of test methods by amine diagnosis（defined as group B）,46 cases by the BV fast（defined as diagnosis methods of group C）,46 cases by the clues cells diagnosis（defined as MLT group D）.Four groups of patients to the test results are compared.Results The study shows that in four kinds of testing method,the detection rate is the highest,with its inspection clues cells rapid screening not detectable BV statistically significant difference（P0.05）,and with the other two methods of detection rate of comparison,a significant statistical difference（P0.05）.Conclusion BV rapid method has quickly,easy and accurate features,and can complement with clues cells,pH MLT detection method and amine test method was used in combination,can improve the rate has reached to detect the purpose.
