| 摘 要： | 目的观察前列地尔联合厄贝沙坦治疗早期糖尿病肾病(DN)的临床疗效。方法收集早期2型糖尿病患者120例,随机分成3组:厄贝沙坦组40例,前列地尔组40例,前列地尔联合厄贝沙坦组40例。全部病例进行临床观察2周。分别比较3组血肌酐(Cr)、尿素氮(BUN),24h尿微量白蛋白(24hUAE)治疗前后的变化。结果三组间治疗后24hUAE比较差异有显著性(P<0.05),联合治疗组降低24hUAE的作用优于其他两组(155.69±30.56)VS(219.36±34.75)、(155.69±30.56)VS(224.75±36.42),厄贝沙坦和前列地尔组间无显著性差异(219.36±34.75)VS(224.75±36.42)(P>0.05)。结论前列地尔与厄贝沙坦联合应用是治疗早期糖尿病肾病的有效方法。

| Abstract: | Objective Observe the the clinical efficacy of combined irbesartan alprostadil treatment of early diabetic nephropathy（DN）.Methods Collection 120 patients with early type 2 diabetes of hospitalization,Randomly divided into 3 groups： irbesartan group of 40 patients,40 patients with alprostadil,alprostadil combined irbesartan group of 40 patients.All cases observation for.Comparison of serum creatinine（Cr）,blood urea nitrogen（BUN）,24 hour urinary albumin（24HUAE） changes after treatment.Results After treatment 2 weeks 24hUAE of the three groups were signif icance（P0.05）,In reduce the 24hUAE combined treatment group was better than the other two groups（155.69±30.56）VS（219.36±34.75）,（155.69±30.56）VS（224.75±36.42）,Irbesartan and alprostadil were no signifi cant differences（219.36±34.75）VS（224.75±36.42）（P0.05）.Conclusion Alprostadil combined with irbesartan treatment of early diabetic nephropathy is an effective way. |
