| 摘 要： | 目的探讨CR成像系统在钼靶乳腺摄影中的应用价值以及质量控制的方法。方法应用钼靶乳腺机及CR系统进行乳腺摄影检查并进行质量控制,收集经病理证实的乳腺癌94例,研究乳腺癌尤其是早期乳腺癌的X线表现特征。结果质量控制后的CR成像系统可清晰地显示乳腺的结构,对乳腺癌的病变特征能够清晰体现。结论 CR成像系统可以为乳腺疾病的诊断提供高质量的图像,基层医院可利用CR成像系统实现乳腺数字化摄片,与全数字化乳腺机的高昂价格相比,既经济又实用。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the evaluation of the application of CR in Mo-target photograph and the methods of quality control.Methods To examine the patients by machine of Mo-target Photograph with CR and 94 cases cancer confirmed by pathology had been gotten and to analyze the X-ray findings of breast cancer,especially early breast cancer.Results After quality control computed Mammography can show breast structure and image characteristic of breast cancer clearly.Conclusion CR can provide high-quality image and application of it in realization of digital mammography in basic-level hospital is economical and practicable compared with full-field digital mammography. |
