| 摘 要： | 目的探讨辛伐他汀对糖尿病大鼠血脂和炎性因子的影响。方法腹腔注射链脲佐菌素制备大鼠糖尿病模型。将大鼠随机分为正常对照组(A组,10只),糖尿病基础饮食组(B组,11只),糖尿病高脂饮食组(C组,11只),糖尿病高脂饮食+低剂量辛伐他汀组(D组,11只),糖尿病高脂饮食+高剂量辛伐他汀组(E组,11只)。8周后颈动脉取血,检测血脂、白介素-6(IL-6)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)和C反应蛋白(CRP)水平。结果辛伐他汀能显著降低血中总胆固醇(TC),游离脂肪(FFA)、三酰甘油(TG),低密度脂蛋白(LDL)、IL-6、TNF-α和CRP水平并升高高密度脂蛋白(HDL)水平,呈此效应呈剂量依赖性。结论辛伐他汀对糖尿病大鼠具有保护作用,其机制与其调节血脂和抗炎作用有关。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the effects of simvastatin on the blood lipid,serum cytokines in the diabetic rats.Methods A diabetic model was made by intra-abdominal injection of stroptozotocin in rats.The rats were randomly divided into control group（Group A,n=10）,Diabetes ＋ basic diet（Group B,n=11）,Diabetes ＋ high fat diet（Group C,n=11）,Diabetes ＋ high fat diet ＋low dose of simvastatin（Group D,n=11）,and Diabetes ＋ high fat diet ＋ high dose of simvastatin（Group E,n=11）.Blood lipid and serum cytokines were measured after 8 weeks.Results Simvastatin could decrease total cholesterol,triglyce rides,free fat acids,low density lipoprotein,IL-6,TNF-α and C-reactive protein,while increase high density lipoprotein in diabetic rats in dose dependence.Conclusion Simvastatin has protective role for the diabetic rats by the mechanisms of adjusting blood lipid and anti-inflammation. |
