超声显像对腹部肿块的诊断(附6例病例分析)

目的分析超声显像对腹部肿块的诊断价值及误漏诊原因。方法对1999年以来采用惠普尖端影像(Image Point)及GE Voluson730或GE Logic7彩色多普勒超声诊断仪检查86例腹部肿块的患者进行分析。结果超声显像诊断86例腹部肿块中与经手术及或病理证实的各类肿块比较有6例不符,本组超声诊断与手术及或病理对照符合率为93.02%。结论超声显像在诊断和鉴别腹部各类肿块有较高的实用价值。但应结合病史和临床表现,动态观察,综合分析,以提高超声诊断的正确率,减少误漏诊。

Diagnosis of Abdominal Mass by Ultrasonic Imaging (Appendix with 6 Case Studies)

Objective To analyze the value of ultrasonic imaging to diagnose the abdominal mass and the reasons for misdiagnosis and missed diagnosis.Methods It Analyzed 86 cases of abdominal mass since 1999 by using HP Image Point and GE Voluson 730 or GE logic7 Doppler Ultrasound Equipment.Results Among the 86 cases of abdominal mass that were diagnosed by ultrasonic imaging,six didn＇t conform with the results as operations showed or as documented by pathology,accounting for an accuracy of 93.02%.Conclusion Ultrasonic imaging is of remarkable practical value in diagnosing and distinguishing abdominal mass of all kinds.But medical history and clinical features should be taken into account.Dynamic observation and synthetic analyses are indispensible to enhance the accuracy of the ultrasonic diagnosis and to minimize misdiagnoses and missed diagnoses.
