脾脏卡波西样血管内皮细胞瘤1例

目的探讨卡波西样血管内皮细胞瘤的临床病理学特征以及相关鉴别诊断。方法对1例脾脏卡波西样血管内皮细胞瘤进行光镜、免疫组织化学观察并复习相关文献。结果肿瘤由不成熟血管构成,主要含有kaposi肉瘤样束状梭形细胞结构,呈浸润性生长。免疫组织化学显示CD31、CD34、第Ⅷ因子、a-SMA和VIM阳性,CD163和CD68散在阳性,CD1a、CD35、CD21和S-100阴性。结论脾脏卡波西样血管内皮细胞瘤较罕见,目前国内外未见报道,正确诊断和鉴别诊断对临床有指导价值。

Kapisiform Haemangioendothelioma in Spleen: A Clinicopathological Observation

Objective To report a case of Kaposiform haemangioengothelioma（KHE） in spleen,and to investigate the clinic pathologic features and differential diagnosis of the Kaposiform haemangioengothelioma.Methods One case of Kaposiform haemangioengothelioma in spleen was diagnosed according histopathological findings and immunohistochemistry,and related literature was reviewed.Results Kaposiform haemangioendothelioma is a locally aggressive,immature vascular neoplasm,characterized by a predomimant Kaposi sarcoma-like fascicular spindle cell growth pattern.Immunohistochemically,the tumor cell were positive for CD34,CD31,Factou Ⅷ,a-SMA and Vimentin,but negative for CD1a,CD35,CD21and S-100.Congdusion Kaposiform haemangioendothelioma is a rare,correct diagnosis and differential diagnosis are very useful to clinical management.
