| 摘 要： | 目的比较开腹结直肠癌根治术及腹腔镜对胃肠功能的影响,分析二者临床价值。方法选择160例结直肠癌患者,随机分为例数相等的观察组与对照组,观察组采用腹腔镜进行治疗,对照组采用开腹结直肠根治术进行治疗,观察两组术后肠鸣音恢复、首次肛门排气时间、以及术后72h血浆胃动素水平。结果观察组术后72h血浆胃动素水平显著低于对照组,且术后肠鸣音恢复时间及首次肛门排气时间显著先于对照组,各项指标差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论腹腔镜结直肠癌根治术对胃肠功能的影响较开腹更小,有利于患者术后消化功能的恢复,具有重要临床价值。

| Abstract: | Objective To compare the influence of laparotomy and laparoscopy on gastrointestinal functions in radical resection of colorectal carcinoma.Methods 160 cases of colorectal carcinoma were selected and randomized into observation group（n=80） and control group（n=80）;the former was treated with laparoscopy while the latter was treated with laparotomy.The gurgling sound resume time,exhaust time and the level of Motilin（72h after the surgery） was compared between the two groups.Results The 72h level of Motilin was significantly lower in the observation group than that in the control group;the gurgling sound resume time and exhaust time was significantly shorter than that of the control group.There was statistical difference between the two groups.Conclusion Radical resection by laparoscopy has a lower influence on gastrointestinal functions than laparotomy and contributes to the recovery of digestive functions,showing an outstanding clinical importance. |
