老年人肺结核200例临床影像分析

目的分析老年人肺结核临床影像表现,提高老年人肺结核的诊治率。方法通过对200例老年人肺结核的临床影像资料分析,总结其临床影像特点。结果老年人肺结核初发者较少,以渗出性和干酪病变为主;继发型较多,病变范围大,以增殖及纤维空洞为主,并发症较多。结论老年人肺结核临床症状不典型,无典型的影像学征象,病变广泛,易漏诊及误诊。

Analysis of Clinical and Imaging of 200 Elderly Pulmonary Tuberculosis

Objective To analyze the clinical imaging presentations of pulmonary tuberculosis（TB）of elderly patients,so as to increase the treatment rate.Methods Summarize the clinical and imaging characterstics by analyze the data of 200 elderly TB patients.Results For those elder patients with TB,the primary were few,often appear to be exudative and caseous change;while the secondum were many,with a wide range of pathological change,proliferation and fibrosis cavitation were common,numerous complications accompanied.Conclusions The clinical symptoms and radiographic characteristics of elderly TB patients were not atypical,the pathological change scope were widespread,so that easily being misdiagnosed.
