| 摘 要： | 目的了解慢性肺心病急性发作期合并多脏器衰竭(MOF)的病因,探讨临床护理方法及注意事项。方法综合分析本院248例慢性肺心病急性发作期合并多脏器衰竭的临床资料。结果在这248例中共死亡60例,占24.19%。结论对于慢性肺心病急性发作期合并多脏器衰竭的患者的护理,应预防感染加重或再次感染,严密观察病情变化,合理氧疗,建立科学的饮食方法,加强患者营养支持等。

| Abstract: | Objective To analyses the etiologic factors of chronic pulmonary heart disease during acute period with multiple organ failure,and explore the clinical strategy of care and considerations.Methods To analyses the clinical data of 248 cases with chronic pulmonary heart disease during acute period with multiple organ failure synthetically.Results There are 60 dead cases in all which are 24.19% of these 248 cases.Conclusion The care of patients that who had chronic pulmonary heart disease during acute period with multiple organ failure,should pay more attentions to preventing re-infection or the aggravation of infection,observing patient＇s condition closely,doing rational oxygen therapy,establishing a scientific diet to give support to the nutrition of patients. |
