| 摘 要： | 目的探讨护士层级管理结合层级培训在急诊规范化管理中的实施效果和作用。方法对我院急诊科37名护士实施护士长-护理组长-高级责任护士-初级责任护士的层级管理以及层级培训教育。结果实施层级管理及层级培训教育前后,急诊患者及护士对急诊护理工作满意率显著提高(P<0.01)。结论对急诊护士实施层级管理及层级培训,有利于提高急诊护理工作质量及急诊患者对护理工作的满意度。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the effects of tiered nursing management with the tiered nursing cultivation in the standardized management of emergency.Methods The 37 nurses in the emergency department were divided into head nurse,nursing leader,advanced duty nurse and primary duty nurse.Results The difference in the satisfaction of the emergency nursing service before and after the adopting of the tiered system was statistically signif icant（P 0.01）,with the emergency patients and nurses＇ satisfaction increasing markedly after the tiered management and cultivation.Conclusion Tiered nursing management and cultivation could improve the emergency patients and nurses＇ satisfaction with the emergency nursing service. |
