循证护理在糖尿病并发症护理中的效果研究

目的探讨循证护理在糖尿病并发症护理中的效果。方法选取2008年1月至2010年5月于我院进行治疗的80例糖尿病合并并发症的患者为研究对象,将其随机分为对照组(常规护理组)40例和观察组(循证护理组)40例,后将两组患者的自我护理知识治疗率、患者满意率、住院时间及总有效率进行统计及比较。结果经研究比较发现,观察组的自我护理知识治疗率、患者满意率均高于对照组,住院时间短于对照组,治疗护理有效率高于对照组,经比较,P均<0.05,均有显著性差异。结论循证护理在糖尿病并发症护理中的效果较佳,综合优势明显,值得临床推广应用。

The Study Effect of Evidence-based Nursing Complications of Diabetes Care

Objective To study the evidence-based nursing complications of diabetes care in the effect.Methods Select from January 2008 to May 2010 in our treatment of the 80 cases of patients with diabetes complications for research object,and the control group（randomly divided into conventional care group） in 40 cases and the observation group（evidence-based nursing group） 40 cases,two groups of patients after the self care treatment rates,patient satisfaction rate knowledge,length of hospital stay and the total effective rate for statistics and comparison.Results The comparison research found that the observation group self care treatment rates,patient satisfaction rate are knowledge than control group,shorter hospitalization time in the control group,the therapy and nursing eff icient higher than those in the control group,by comparison,P0.05,all have signifi cant differences.Conclusion Evidence-based nursing complications of diabetes care in the effect is better,the comprehensive advantages,and clinical application.
